The resort
Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort redefines the term "urbanisation". The core and also focal point of this project is "La Reserva". An area of more than 124,000m2, created to enjoy the outdoors.
An urbanisation where it is lovely to stay, in an abundance of nature. For example, the green areas are 5 times larger than the recommended area by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The icing on the cake? An artificial lake / lagoon with crystal clear water, artificial beaches and 2 islets.
The houses, being villas (detached, semi-detached and terraced) as well as apartments, are built around the lake and the green zone. There are 2 access points, one of which is only accessible to residents and the other is equipped with barriers and security guards.
